Thursday, June 19, 2008 UDE sent us a Press Release about new loot items in the upcoming World of Warcraft Trading Card Game release, The Hunt for Illidan.  And don’t miss The Hunt for Illidan Sneak Preview this weekend!  Check out our World of Warcraft Site for more details.   (Wanna leave a a trail of green glowing footprints, you can with a common loot card.  ;-)  .... Oh and if you have a character on the Public Test Realms, we have the codes so that you can get the new Loot for Free!

For those of you that play MapleStory, WOTC sent us this press release: "Now is your last chance to become a part of the increasingly popular MapleStory iTCG.  Players can vote for their favorite characters and have it spawned as an iTCG hero.  The top 20 players on the overall rank will be the candidates for the poll.  Stating today, votes will be tallied as players make their way to the top.  On July 8^th, we will announce the winners who will be featured on a card later this year.  We also have details on Series 4 in our News Section today. 

If you missed your chance and are not on the top 20 players list, you can still win.  Create a new character during the event period, and two characters with the most level gain will have a chance to appear on the iTCG.  For more rules and details go here."

Pokémon USA, Inc. announced the beginning of the 2007–2008 Pokémon Organized Play (POP) Season. The Pokémon Championship series events begin in November 2007 with City Championships, followed by State/Province/Territory Championships, Regional Championships, and National Championships, all leading up to the 2008 Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) World Championships in August.  More details and an event schedule are in Today's Pokemon News.

Starting today, the site will feature the first-ever MapleStory iTCG rulebook, previews of the new cards, store locator, demos, community portal and instructions to redeem codes on the trading cards for virtual prizes in the MapleStory MMO Cash Shop.

Wednesday, October 10, 2007  Teaming up once again with global comic industry giant, Marvel Entertainment, Upper Deck Entertainment announced plans today to release a brand new multi-player superhero trading card game (TCG) made especially for kids.  The new game, Marvel Ultimate Battles, will be available at participating mass and hobby retail outlets across North America in April 2008.  Click here for more details.
