Vihaan has a pretty unique effect, especially for this color combination – blue has historically been more interested in animating artifacts. He is another of those cards that make you go through the archives for interactions, as white and black’s Treasure synergies and generation are a little less infamous than red’s. Letting all your Treasures attack the turn you cast him is very eye-catching, though it’s not immediately clear that the costs of the setup cards let you use him as a true Overrun effect. If there does turn out to be a way to do that, it’ll be spectacular but probably not even the end of his synergies. I think he might turn out to be quite popular in casual Magic.

This card is also part of the Commander subset.

Vihaan, Goldwaker is a pretty interesting tribal lord of sorts, though the devil comes alive in the details. He can animate a pile of treasures to smash…and those treasures can still be cashed in, thanks to them having vigilance and haste with Vihaan’s ability. He’s also pretty good with other roguish types, though he himself lacks combat abilities. He’s not subtle, but his abilities can create plenty of chaos if you have lots of loot to throw at your opponents.

Constructed: 2 (no protection and the need to set up do not play well, especially since he can’t make Treasure tokens himself)
Casual: 4.5

Multiplayer: 3.5
Commander [EDH]: 4
