Soul Saver Dragon
Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale. 1 is bad. 3 is average. 5 is great.
An oldie but a goodie. Sadly, Soul Saver Dragon 1.0 was also mishandled by newbies, who wasted one of the 5k bonus powerups on the rear-guard behind it, only to cry at the waste of power when the opponent threw a Perfect Guard at it. If you want to distribut 5k across columns, one of them gets a total of 10k, and the other gets 5k. If you had the field, you shot for that scenario. Otherwise that’s a third of a good ability wasted.
Of course, now we have new Soul Saver Dragon, so I guess this is just retrospect talking here.
We would love more volunteers to help us with our Card of the Day reviews. If you want to share your ideas on cards with other fans, feel free to drop us an email. We’d be happy to link back to your blog / YouTube Channel / etc. 😉
