So you’d need to control 2 rear-guards on your board to maximise the gains here. After that, you’re looking at probably a minimum of a +4 to you and a Soulcharge of 5. That’s again hardly game-changing and the mandatory soulcharge should you retire 3 can be a bit of a pain now that Dark Zone doesn’t Soulblast all that much, or even very often.

Gear Chronicle doesn’t care for this, already having Chronojet Dragon Z, Spike Brothers could probably make this work due to their minusing nature, Pale Moon got a G-Unit that’s a pseudo-restander, and Dark Irregulars…got new Gastille who can search Death Anchor and copy ITS pseudo-restand, so again they could probably live without this.

Sort of okay but only for one deck realistically. Like any Progenitor that isn’t Gilgal, it’s a desperation play going into this for the most part.
