So according to the rulings on how Astral Planes work, even if you Stride over Uranus, the Astral Plane doesn’t vanish – that’s how this card can function. So you open the Astral Plane with something like Uranus, attack with Valkerion, passing all trigger effects to the vanguard, swing and then Stride into this card, and this will inherit the trigger effects in the middle of the attack. That’s not even counting Tahro, or any other Stand Trigger you happen to see.

That’s…actually pretty good. What makes it better is the fact that it can be unlocked when going first, BEFORE the opponent’s Vanguard reaches G3, because all you need to use it is to be on G3 yourself. SO if you want to unlock the Astral Plane quick with Uranus 2.0 then go wild, along with all the Soulcharge options Premium Format offers.

Only really supports one deck, but that one deck goes places.
