Meh, not like my opinion on this changed very much since I last reviewed it. Only real difference is that this is the build up to Flood Hazard’s full GB3 milking. Unless you dropped Flood Hazard as a first Stride obviously.

What’s up, Rogue Squad?!  For our first Throwback Thursday of the year, we’re looking at a reprint from the most recent set: Tetra-Boil Dragon. Back when this card first released, this thing was a huge threat as even regular twin drive G Units we’re still a threat as they were always pushing for high shield value (as G Guardians weren’t quite out yet until a few months later) or a Perfect Guard or two from this behemoth.  However, nowadays, poor Tetra-Boil has been outclassed by most other G Units whether it’s easy retire and Sentinel restriction in Wailing Thavas, 5 potential total Drive Checks with Flood Hazard Dragon, or restanding rear guards with a major power boost with Alexandros.

Tetra-Boil was good for its time, but his time is pretty much up now as the G Deck for Aqua Force has evolved over time.

Artwork: 3.5/5 (The new artwork is still pretty cool)

Next Time: The other big dragon of the set.

Go Rogue…Go Pro…and Fight the Meta!!!
