Like Ideal Ego, you will never want to ride this. A -1 to lock every time is just too expensive, especially as he cannot recoup it like Crisis, or fuck, even BASE Chaos Breaker, because that’s basically a -1 to turn that -1 into a 10k shield for the turn, in basic terms. You’ll want him mostly for the second skill, taking a card away from the opponent’s hand. It forces the use of Zinc to use consistently but that was a staple from the beginning anyway. Just imagine Crisis, then this, then Deluge, discarding another Close. Oh the joy.

Held back by being a crap ride and not being too spammable if the intent is to use the new Chaos G Unit but is a solid card to pitch. And base Chaos sucks more than this as it is.
