Baneful
5-cost is a lot for a 3/4 statline, though you also get the 2/1 with challenger. I guess you could say a 3/4 with scout would be a decent 3 cost and a the 2/1 challenger is an okayish 2-cost card, so that’s 5 together in one card. Though it’s not impressive at base.
Levelled up Quinn is still a bit on the slow side. You get 1 bird per turn. In aggro deck, after already passing turn 5 (to summon this), you don’t get a lot of turns. But a free extra body, that can challenge things, sure, I’ll take it.
Not a very versatile card. It’s not strong enough at base to be splashed in decks. For Expedition (and the regular game alike), it’s only worth using if you have Scout synergy.
MF/Scout is in the meta so this card does see play competitively. I don’t think Quinn is a great card itself. But it’s in a good deck, and it fits well with what the deck wants to do.
