Gun Salute Dragon, End of Stage
March 26, 2019
Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale. 1 is bad. 3 is average. 5 is great.
Haven’t seen too many who decided to devote themselves entirely to End of Stage. As in 4 copies. It’s easy to see why: Golden Beast Tamer and Alice work well enough together and requires a bit less effort on the user’s part. This is a re-stander but the fact that he costs so bloody much to run plus the fact that he doesn’t even provide a Waterfall clause in gaining something small on first ride means he’s probably going to be run at 2, max. Treat this the same as Victorious Deer in that you wait to draw it and then drop the pain, because running this means you need to cut Grade 1s and/or 2s so as not to cut your number of Alices.
Having said that when he DOES go off he’s nuts. A restand plus the capacity to seal Perfect Guards is nothing to scoff at. Gains no critical though, but even if the first attack doesn’t kill them, anything not Protect probably won’t live through the second.
Slow, and clearly not for dedicating. Hang onto any you find but don’t treat this as super staple.
