Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale.
1 is bad. 3 is average. 5 is great.
Well, you know how it is with on-hit skills: this and Perfect Guards are going to be pretty well-acquainted. I mean no-one wants another chance for damage and a high quality -1, especially with the first skill and the Force Gift AND Critical Triggers generating such a bullshit lineup. The opponent needs a chance to stop the fourth attack for things to be fair, really.
Interestingly the call skill is not limited to once per turn, so if you can spare the cards and you need to push I guess Late Game is as good a time as any. Don’t count on good call targets though all the time.
The Standard Spikes deck pretty much dies on its ass without this though, as no other Vanguard brings even remotely the same pressure. So Seifried loses points for doing the only legwork and not being searchable, but once you have it, it’s go time.
