[ACT](VC/RC)1/Turn:If your vanguard is “Top Idol, Pacifica” or “Expect Rhythm, Vierra”, COST [Counter Blast (1) & put another rear-guard on the bottom of your deck], and call up to one normal unit from your drop zone to (RC). Choose all of your rear-guards, and until end of your opponent’s next turn, they get “Boost”, and cannot be chosen by your opponent’s card’s abilities.

I mean, I guess she’s just okay. Hard to overlook that she’s just a +0, admittedly a decent quality one when she can revive dead units, but having to have Pacifica (and specifically Top Idol, no Pacifica in general shenanigans here) or this as your vanguard hurts a little…but let’s be honest, you want Pacifica to swarm the board, and if reviving Pacifica is the only role this card is fit to play…eh.

She doesn’t even give them perma-Resist. What a letdown.
