This would definitely have been given a hard pass if it weren’t for Tsukuyomi’s soul requirements to actually work, because at least the soulcharge is optional and you get to see what you can hit beforehand (12 possible Tsukuyomi targets here). As it is, outside that build just about the only deck that cares for this is a weird build focused on the Deer.

The on-hit skill’s nice but nothing to write home about compared to G3s like Amaterasu before her, although the fact it’s CB1 for a +2 makes it a little better and worth guarding against more.

4-of in Tsukuyomi, hard pass everywhere else.
