My oh my. This was more than just a way to proc Nurse of Broken Heart and/or OG Gavrail: if the deck was made small enough you could basically infinitely loop this by having 2 of them, one of them being in the damage zone, where you shuffle Refros and Refros back in the deck, draw Refros again, put Refros in the damage zone, rinse and repeat, and was all leading to several moments where time was being deliberately wasted in tournaments just to stall the opponent out on time and win, and it was precisely those time-wasting shenanigans that made Bushiroad limit this to 1 a deck.

I must confess I was never unfortunate enough to encounter such shenanigans professionally, but I’m sure that’s little comfort to those who was subject to the sheer SALT.
