Well, it’s more Divine Gauge for no effort on the user’s part, so…I guess that’s fine? Being able to fuel soul for a +0 transaction is also…fine? At least it doesn’t cost Counterblast and you pass the gauge to something else so the hard work isn’t wasted.

All the same, I’d rather have something that could do a bit more to support the Regalia deck, like maybe close holes that were in the deck.

It’s fine. That’s all that needs to be said. No power, just a +0 wash with passing, and to be honest I dunno if that cuts it nowadays.
