 Saikyo Cardfighter R It’s 2019, and I didn’t have to end the year on a bland and disappointing note for decks, thank fuck. Now that the Top 10’s over, let’s talk about the new decks. Well immediately, Mirkka helps to generate a free booster. What makes this easier to swallow is the fact Neos is a Force clan, and thus grade 3s scale to 18k to hit other Force Decks: I don’t see this working as well for anything else. This makes her an excellent ride for a decent +1 to you. The second skill generally won’t amount to a whole lot unless you save room for 12k+ attackers, but except as a bonus I think Neos needs to dedicate its slots elsewhere. Aside from that, the token generation and the fact it’s a good ride target is a reason to run her. 3.5/5 |
