Let’s stay on the subject of re-standing Vanguards and look at Chronodragon’s Gears next – no sorry, CHRONODRAGON GEARNEXT. More proof, if proof be needed, that you can basically make something as strong as you like as long as you justify it being limited to only one deck. Small comfort when it’s the only deck from that clan people would actually trust competitively before then anyway, but hey points for trying…if not for name. Seriously, Gear Groovy was also pretty dumb-sounding when said in English.

What’s up, Rogue Squad?!  Our #5 I should a familiar card for a familiar clan with some very familiar abilities. Of course, I’m referring to how almost, if not every, Chronojet looking/based G Unit has something to do with restanding or, in short, getting a second attack.  Only difference is that Gearnext gets stronger and a Twin Drive if you’re at GB4 when he restands…kinda stealing a trick from Gluttony Dogma if you’re asking me…though the great thing about this is that the cost can work to your advantage should you have enough ZTB triggers to send back and shuffle the deck later on via Time Leap, so controlling Gearnext isn’t too difficult if you know what you’re doing.

Artwork: 4/5 (Probably the best looking Gear Chronicle G Unit I’ve seen since Ragnaclock)
Next time: Oh, God…my one stint in trying to go Meta…makes me remember why I enjoy playing Rogue anytime I see this card…

Go Rogue…Go Pro…and Top the Meta!!!
