Oh, a re-standing unit. Good-oh. I mean at first glance that doesn’t sound interesting, but then again when was the last time that mattered? In competitive Vanguard…or competitive ANYTHING, even if you’re sick of it, if it’s the best thing available, use it.
Now this thing obviously fulfills herself first ride. After that it becomes harder to proc her without riding another Tirua, but you get an extra Critical/10k every time permanently so that’s hardly an issue, especially when BT as a clan naturally plus.
Partners to Tirua? Ange, most likely. Since the second skill is usable on RG and VG circle, you can just use Ange’s skill to bounce, call this from deck on top of a Force Marker for the 10k bonus, swing, then swing again. It’s like a very expensive Accel for a turn.
But if you wanna go full ham and go the re-standing route, go ahead. Only letdown is that without a Force Gift she doesn’t do anything to power herself up, but it’s still a strategy that’s worth using more than several others this set.
