Big sad that this isn’t more useful. Honestly, despite how nice some (okay, ONE) aspects of the skills are, there are more relevant/better Grade 2s you can use. This being a +0 wash just to try and convert it into shield for next turn hand-wise is just a bit eh, and being tied to a condition of needing to retire doesn’t help, considering all the best Kagero bosses either do it as an afterthought like Blademaster Souen, or don’t even do it at all, like ANY iteration of Dragonic Overlord or even Dauntless Drive Dragon. As for the first skill, while it’s nice if you CAN ride it, and you get a +1 either way, it’s basically just one free draw, not even one you can freely choose at that, and all other Break Breath after that on RG circle are just underwhelming.
Budget RG, but not much more than that.
