Abominable One, Gilles de Rais
Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale. 1 is bad. 3 is average. 5 is great.
How depressing. A step down from his olden days of sealing those G1 Perfect Guards that kicked around in the day, right? But in exchange, we have probably the better target for Scharhrot’s re-stand by blowing up a rear-guard with every swing, as long as the conditions for the soul are met. First skill’s a little ordinary, being just a +1, but at least being able to choose what you fetch is nice. Personally though I’d rather have it to the hand so I can decide what I want to do with it. What if I want a PG, for example?
Like most RRR Grade 3s, not a great first ride, as a rear-guard it works, even if it doesn’t power up itself, basically here as a support to the G3 that matters. I just wish he worked by himself though – the old ones like Asura Kaiser and SOul Saver Dragon, well I tell you…
We would love more volunteers to help us with our Card of the Day reviews. If you want to share your ideas on cards with other fans, feel free to drop us an email. We’d be happy to link back to your blog / YouTube Channel / etc. 😉
