Royal Command

If I had to choose between Light of Intervention and Royal Command, I would definitely pick Royal Command. If your opponent already has something facedown, drawing a Light of Intervention won't do much. But if you drew Royal Command, you can still prevent your opponent from getting the flip effect.

Most people are playing less and less Flip Monsters in their Beatdown since the introduction of Nobleman of Crossout in PSV. However, there are some decks that rely a lot on Flip effects, especially Deck Destruction. That's why you should always have a Royal Command or two handy in your sidedeck to combat these decks. You could also try and play no flip effects (or maybe just one or two) and Maindeck Royal Command to mess up your opponent. Most people play with Cyber Jar and Magician of Faiths in their deck. As long as you don't play too many Flip Effects yourself, Royal Command would help you out more than it hurts you.

This card negates all flip effects. It's too bad that they didn't put a cost on this card when they originally made it because that would have made it much better as then you could discard it.

In all of my duels with this card, it has really hurt me more than helped. Advantage shifts back and forth every duel and the person in the lead benefits greatly from this as flip effects usually turn the tide of a duel. YOu can activate this while you're ahead, but if this is still on the field when the opponent gains back the edge, you can be killed by your own card. I know I have.

I give it 3/5. Note that you cannot activate this card when a monster is flipped due to an attack because this card cant be used during the damage step.
