Okay, we have a Level 7, Earth attributed, Warrior type Synchro monster, who has 2300 attack, and 1800 defense.  Seven Swords Warrior (despite having less attack than the 2400 of yesterday) that really hurt said card, this is pretty okay...

Seven Swords Warrior needs his own Deck to be effective, you can't just throw a bunch of random equips into a Deck with him and hope for the best.  Once per turn, inflict 800 damage to your opponent by adding an Equip card to himself.

Once per turn you can send an Equip card from this card to the Graveyard, and when said card is sent to the Graveyard, you can select a face-up monster your oppponent controls and destroy it.  The 2300 sucks attack wise, no denying that.

But, this guy deals more damage, more often, than yesterday, and he can repeat his effect as long as you keep him on the Field.  Also, he likes to destroy things, and have you seen that picture?  Yes...yes you did.

Seven Swords Warrior ...

Ok. 2300 ATK on a 7 star Sycnhro aint really what u'd call a hot date ... But SSW is still pretty cool. Obviously, u'd only use it in a deck that has a good number of Equip cards in it, but if u do - there is a good amount of fun to be had! 1st off - instant 800 LP burn to ur opponent. Chances are -SSW is also getting an ATK boost from whatever u have attached to it .... Cool. So then u can lay some extra hurting in battle. And if there is something too big to fight over? - U can pop it by dropping ur equip card to the graveyard.

There's been some good stuff lately to warrant reinvesting in the burn mechanism, i think. And if u are going that route? - I think SSW would be a fair pick to add to ur extra deck.

So our second subscription promo is Seven Swords Warrior. Another crap level 7 Synchro. Also notice how nearly all 7 Synchros have garbage ATK, while the rest are all better. 800 damage for having an equip spell. That's not even an effect. Trash one of his equip spells to destroy a face up monster.

Use Power Tool Dragon.

Art: Would look just as bad with holofoil.
Fun Fact: There's going to be a fourth Golden Sun game.
Tomorrow: They have two models of this thing.

Pheano

Hey Pojo, Pheano here with another Card Of The Day For you.

Today we will be taking a look at the other card you would get for getting a subscription to Shonen Jump Magazine this year, Seven Swords Warrior. Seven Swords Warrior is a Level seven Earth Warrior Synchro Monster with twenty-three hundred Attack and eighteen hundred Defense. Its effect reads; Once per turn, when an Equip Card is equipped to this card, inflict 800 damage to your opponent. Once per turn, you can send 1 Equip Card equipped to this card to the Graveyard. When an Equip Card equipped to this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls, and destroy it.

Generally Equip Cards are pretty bad and aren’t worth playing since they usually just give your Monster an extra ability leaving you with an over all -1 to your card advantage. So with that being said this card isn’t very good with the lack of quality Equip Cards in the game right now, there are no real combos that you can make with Equip Cards to effectively gain any advantage, there have only been a few good Equip Cards and they have been banned. But here are a few ways that you cn effectively use this card: This card combos really well with Power Tool Dragon, Power Tool Dragon will search out the Equip Card’s for free and then you can “launch” them to destroy cards. A great reusable Equip Card to use with this is Divine Sword – Phoenix Blade since you can keep bringing it back and the Removing From Play of Warriors will let you use other Equip Cards such as D.D.R. – Different Dimension Reincarnation. Note that when you bring this card back with D.D.R. – Different Dimension Reincarnation if you use this card’s effect to send D.D.R. – Different Dimension Reincarnation to the Graveyard then this card will be destroyed too. One card that is a must in and deck planning to use this card is Hidden Armory since you can search out the Equip Card that you need to start a combo. A few decks that this can be used in would be some form of a Warrior Deck, Gemini’s, Morphatronics, or any other deck that can play a lot of Equip Cards.

In the Traditional Format this card is able to gain access to the best Equip Card in the game, Butterfly Dagger – Elma. With this card you will be able to get a free Equip Card every turn, it basically turns into a broken version of Divine Sword - Phoenix Blade. Though even with that broken combo it still isn’t very impressive by the standards of the Traditional Format since there are far more broken cards and combos to abuse such as Dark Magician Of Chaos + Shadowpriestess Of Ohm + Dimension Fusion + Spell Economics or Substitoad + Mass Driver + a deck full of Frog Monsters. One other card that this has access to in the Traditional Format is Premature Burial but it runs into the same problems that it runs into with D.D.R. – Different Dimension Reincarnation. In short while that combo is broken it means little in the face of first turn kills.

Bottom line:
The decks this can be used in are limited.
Advanced: 2/5
Traditional: 1/5

Other note: I see seven slashes in the back ground but only three swords, where are the other four?

The
Crowing

Here we have the counterpart to yesterdays card. And it's still crap, yet another generic level 7 Warrior Synchro, except this one is earth. His stats are almost even with Lightning Warrior, except he has 600 more defense and 100 less attack.

His effect? You guessed it, A burn effect, but whats this? It involves equip cards? So he's even less playable then the one yesterday. Whenever he is equipped with an equip card, your opponent loses 800 lp. If I wanted to inflict 800 damage to my opponent I would play Ookazi, which is wayyyy easier to use then this thing.

Oh and he also has another effect, which is slightly better. Similar to the gemini card Evocator Chevalier , you can send a card equipped to this card to the grave to destroy one face up monster your opponent controls.

Sigh, for every playable synchro we get, we have to sit through 10 unplayable ones first.
