            Alas, it is time to begin our journey into making this competitive. ::straps on goggles and picks up blow torch, and drinks lemonade from a straw::

+1 Airknight Parshath

Reasoning: Roc most likely will not be anything but a 2300 tribute monster in this deck, so by ditching him we add in some Magic and Trap destruction. Harpie's Pet Dragon usually won't be too "amazing" in a Harpie deck since you'll rarely get it out. I've also found most Harpie deck players despise this card for some reason ::coughKuroKarasucough::. Also dropping monster count.

+1 Tribe-Infecting Virus

Reasoning: 3 Harpie Lady Sisters is far too much. Dropping one for a Tribe should do you well. Tribe offers mass destruction of one type of monster at the cost of one card, it also can offer BLS-E destruction for one card. Imagine the possibilities.

-3 Birdface

+1 Harpie Lady 1

+2 Slate Warrior

Reasoning: Self-boosting Wind monsters are ALWAYS amazing. Birdface is just too "ick" overall for this deck type. With the Slate Warriors you always have a win-win situation.

-1 Cyber Harpie Lady

+1 Morphing Jar

Reasoning: Why use her when you have HL1? Morphing Jar replenishes hand, which is VERY important I would say.

-2 Whirlwind Prodigy

+1 Sangan

+1 D.D. Warrior Lady

Reasoning: No real need for these guys. Sangan is a searcher in a more broad sense than Kamakiri, D.D. Warrior Lady is here for removal purposes.

-2 Harpie's Brother

+2 Enraged Battle Ox

Reasoning: Screw vanilla monsters. Add Enraged to give all Harpies trample!

-1 Bladefly

Reasoning: Just dropping monster count.

Reasoning: HHG is a bit situational, and FAR less broad as Air Current is, thus, we drop it. Monster Reincarnation really doesn't "do" much here. Another Air Current is in, Terraforming is in to grab the Currents easier, and the Books of Moon are quite obviously there for the attack prevention. Graceful is obvious. Delinquent Duo is just meh for this deck...I would be upset if I added it to this for some reason.

Reasoning: Waboku, Trap Hole and Roar are all to "ick" for this to run competitively. Ring is another attack preventer and burner, whereas Royal Decree is negation.
