Duke Devlin

Duke Devlin

Duke Devlin is a man who wants to destroy yugi. He deafeats joey in a duel by destroying his goblins. He has his own card game called dungeon dice monsters, but like duel monsters there is a secret. - jovic

------------

Duke Devlin

Creator of an up-and-coming digital board game called
Dungeon Dice Monsters, Duke Devlin is a snide and
self-centered teen who attends Domino High School with Yugi, Joey, and the others.

In a four part mini-series aptly called "Dungeon Dice Monsters," Duke is shown in class showing off his talent with die. Joey is nearby and overhears that he is the owner of the new game shop
that is in competition with the one that Yugi's grandfather, Solomon Motou, owns.

After playing Joey for a fool in a game of chance, Joey loses his temper and challenges Duke to a duel. However, Duel Monsters is not the game that Duke is good at, but he accepts anyway and asks that he and Joey both form new decks. Joey accepts, and after school they meet in a Dueling Arena in Duke's shop.

The stakes are set high. If Duke looses to Joey then he must close down his shop, but if Joey looses then Duke gets to do something then unrevealed.

Of course, Joey's over-confidence is his downfall and he looses to Duke, who forces Joey too wear a dog costume and be humiliated by his faithful cheerleading squad. In order to free Joey from a whole week of this, Yugi challenges Duke for his freedom and Duke accepts, in the one condition that the game they play is Dungeon Dice Monsters.

Duke fully blames Yugi for his game not taking off. After the defeat Yugi handed Maximillion Pegasus at Duelist Kingdom, Duke's game never got the support and funds needed to go global, and Duke is not happy about it.

In the end, Yugi defeats Duke but it was close. Duke admits defeat and apologizes for his arrogance, then gets an e-mail from Industrial Illusions saying that they will still support Dungeon Dice Monsters. Duke is thrilled and becomes friends with the gang.

Duke has long spiky black hair and wears a earring fashioned like a die in his ear. His skill with
manipulating dice boarders on magical, however, he does not own a Millennium Item.

----------

Duke Devlin:
A business kid who has just created the digital dice game: Dungeon Dice Monsters. Before Battle City, he's bent on outselling Yugi's grandfather's game shop. His other motive is to prove that Yugi is a cheat and that he couldn't defeat Pegasus without cheating. Yugi plays Duke's game and comes out victorious. Later, in Battle City, Duke becomes a very helpful allie, saving Serenity and Tristen from some of Marik's mind slaves.

--------

Duke Devlin: He is a transfer at Domino High School and is a classmate of Yugi's. Like Tea, he does not play duel monsters very much, but he plays/created Dungeon Dice Monsters (DDM). After talking to Pegasus during Duelist Kingdom he realized that DDM could become a hit so he opened a game shop in Domino City and began to sell DDM game pieces. When humiliating Joey, Yugi challenged him to a game of DDM. Yugi won but it was all by luck, despite what the show says DDM comes down to luck NOT skill. Duke means well ,but he has a sorta snotty attitude. He even has a cheerleading squad (heck, the best cheerleader is Tea =^.^=) ! After facing defeat he becomes friends with the gang and even shows up in Battle City. Maybe Serenity will go out with him (NOT) ?

Duke Devlin- A creator and dice lover of Yu-Gi-Oh! This kid is not one of your normal side characters. Duke is the creator of the newest game "Dungeon Dice Monsters" a game that Yugi faces Duke in. Duke is the enemy of Tristan, and one of the two lovers of Serenity. He proves himself to be a great duelist when he defeats Joey in a duel. Of course, Yugi beat him at his own game. Duke is the one of a kind dicer of Yu-Gi-Oh!  - Kari
