More than almost any other recent card, Glass of the Guildpact screams “theme deck”. Multicolored creatures can be harder to cast in some casual and competitive decks, and as such it’s probably a good idea to entice some players in with a unique payoff. You don’t strictly need to use a special Glorious Anthem effect separate from, y’know, Glorious Anthem, when playing such decks, but it does make it fun. There are some scarily efficient multicolor creatures out there, such that an ensemble would become a really serious threat in conjunction with the Glass. It probably wouldn’t be as effective as a more “straight” aggro deck, but it would be interesting to play regardless.

Simple and straightforward, a flat +1/+1 buff to your multicolored creatures is pretty nice, particularly since they tend to have slightly better stats than their going rate suggests. Glass of the Guildpact is a hard sell on its own, since it does nothing if you lack the presence to take advantage of it (and is usually less useful on-curve, since only a handful of hybrid creatures cost 1 mana), but I can see it serving you well as a bit of late-game gas. I think it has a bit of subtle power, though it’s definitely not a draft bomb or a Constructed powerhouse…but for decks already slamming a bunch of multicolored creatures, a flat buff to all of them is pretty nice.
