I might lose some readers by admitting this, but I actually don’t care for The Simpsons, and had to pause for some eye-rolling when I saw this card on Scryfall. But it’s a perfectly cromulent card in its own right, capable of granting some eyebrow-raising boosts to creatures’ stats – there are some cards from New Phyrexia and Onslaught which give you just a taste of what would have happened had the biggest subset of Brushwaggs been eligible. There are also other kinds of specialized creatures that like to see it – I’d be interested to see how much it boosts decks based on the heroic ability, as some of them might be playing Theros‘ enchantment creatures anyway.

Of course, playing it in Legacy Infect will create a sort of cognitive dissonance when people have to use a whimsical spell to boost Phyrexian creatures aimed at the edgelord market. I hope people pause and consider which ones they really like best.

Despite all the zaniness of Unfinity, Embiggen is turning heads, and not just for mentioning a two-membered tribe. Embiggen’s limitation is a good way to keep the spell from being completely broken with changeling creatures, because this is still a very cheap, efficient pump spell that a particular deck (infect) is interested in. One mana to give a creature +4/+4 is a solid deal for the deck when it’s trying to count to 10, and it interacts well with cheap creatures overall. Since the worst-case is usually +2/+2, but it’s rarely that small, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal for pump spells for one mana overall. This likely will slot cleanly into Legacy Infect lists for its efficiency, as they would never mind another efficient pump spell.
