You’ve got to like innovative ways of getting card advantage, in any color. Granted, each of your opponents will most likely give you whatever they think is the worst creature in their graveyard, but in a high-powered multiplayer or Commander metagame, that will still be pretty strong by most standards. Besides that, if you can force an opponent to discard something you want early enough and then power into this card, it’ll more or less pay off. Just try not to use it against theme decks based on creatures like Eater of Days!

One of the obvious “scales well to multiplayer” cards, Dredge the Mire is simple: your opponents all give you creatures. This shines more if you have ways to force their hands into something meaner, but it’s definitely a lot of set-up for an effect that’s a bit hard to get to go off the way you want it to. Still, if you can get three creatures back for four mana, that’s quite the deal.

Definitely slow/bad for Constructed, as you have reanimation options for a far better price and rate of return, but games with many players will have many more targets, and timing this well can pay dividends.
