Rielle’s spell-based power-defining ability is one we’re reasonably familiar with, usually on drakes of various form, and her lack of flying might be a disadvantage in that particular comparison. I think that she might get more attention for her Wheel of Fortune imitation. Casual decks should have plenty of things to do when their spells add up to drawing their entire deck about once a game, and that’s even before you start combining her with madness cards or Seismic Assault.

And on top of all that, her flavor text gives some advice which is quite interesting (and possibly good, I haven’t really tried!).

In a set with a surfeit of cycling, Rielle, the Everwise is a good way to get more advantage from the mechanic…though she pairs well with any discard-related effect, truth be told (like looting from both red and blue). She’s not likely going to be much of an attacker, though she can hold her own in the late game if you have a deck built around lots of instants and sorceries, and she’s deceptively good if you can use her to draw a stupid amount of cards. Three toughness with no other protection is a bit of a tough sell for a card that wants to stay in play as long as possible, as is likely needing to get to another turn to make use of her, but there’s a lot to like with Rielle.

Constructed: 3 (I think she can have a home if cycling-based decks are a Thing)
