Moomoo Cheese (SW – Vivid Voltage 156/185) is a Trainer-Item that heals 30 damage from up to two of your Pokémon but the Pokémon being healed must have Energy attached to them.  It can be one Energy or many, but no Energy equals no healing.  If your deck is good at spreading Energy around, and either good at getting injured Pokémon safely to the Bench or causes self-inflicted Bench damage, Moomoo Cheese might be a good idea.  If that sounds rather niche… it is.

I love cheese, fitting yet another geeky or nerdy stereotype.  Moomoo Cheese, however, is disappointing.  After all, small amounts of healing – such as from Potion – aren’t  often used at the competitive level.  Healing multiple targets at once means potentially healing more damage, but it also means you need multiple targets injured.  Besides loving cheese, I also tend to like card families; Moomoo Cheese shares part of its name with Moomoo Milk, and sometimes other card effects reference Moomoo Milk.  So I’m hoping that may happen again in the SW-era.  For now though, I can’t recommend Moomoo Cheese for either Standard or Expanded Format play.
