This is probably one of the Murders at Karlov Manor cards most likely to get a Secret Lair version at some point: not only does everyone know there are supposed to be four meddling kids, the flavor text mentions a hound who isn’t shown in the art. Gameplay-wise, the trigger references the battalion ability from Gatecrash, and you have to give it some credit as a comparatively in-character way for this color pair to draw extra cards. You might also take advantage of artifact synergies if you can, though at this mana cost, the card is probably more solid than tournament-breaking. If it does have a chance, it might have something to do with that very high toughness, a toughness value I’m still not entirely used to seeing on Boros cards. You can attack a wide range of opposing table states, and you’ll get away with it, regardless of those meddling kids!

Clue support is very useful in a set built around them and with mechanics rewarding having them, and Meddling Youths helps bridge the gap that way. It’s nothing phenomenal on its own, but it’s in the “go wide” color pair, and getting a Clue immediately on attack is actually pretty acceptable. It having haste helps, too. It’s nothing phenomenal, and I doubt it makes it in Constructed, but this is a solid Limited card all the same.
