Sram, Senior Edificer from Kaladesh is the go-to general for Commander decks with an equipment-based combo style (counterintuitive as such a thing sounds). Kemba is about to become the equivalent for the corresponding decks with a more conventional equipment strategy, of just smashing with one or more things that you’ve made as big as you physically can. While you still have to get the equipment in play, there are various ways to ensure you don’t tie up too much of your mana on that, and she’s also a great response to when an opponent finally manages to get your over-armed creature off the table. Note that you only get one free equip per creature entering – that means you have to be careful about when you play your equipment, when you add more creatures, and when and who you attack.

The ability to auto-attach equipment has a lot of potential upside baked into it, and that Kemba, Kha Enduring does so to himself when he hits play is already very tempting, especially if there are good things already on board. One part Cat support and one part Equipment support, Kemba has a lot of interesting tricks to pull, even if his main job is to just grab something and turn sideways with it (like the infamous Colossal Hammer). I think he’s going to be a casual favorite with occasional forays into deeper formats, as two mana to get a warm body equipped with something stabulous is a strong start, and it’s worth noting that his anthem effect affects himself if he’s got something. His five-mana ability isn’t a star, but it has obvious use in a late-game, and I definitely suspect he’ll pop up if a deck has enough swords and jittes running around as late-game insurance.
