The RaNd0m Report

The king of the underrated in modified, Crobat.

Quite possibly the best grass card of all time, many people pass this card off as "only an anti-gatr, nothing more!".
To those people I cry, "WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?!?!?!"
Crobat is one of the best cards ever, and here's why. First off, free retreat! Very, VERY nice. Then you have an elite attack for one grass, which does 20 and can poison. And finally, one of the most economical attacks EVER, Cross Attack which flips 4 coins, 20x for each heads, and if you get 2 heads, the defending pokemon is confused! That is unbelievable!
If you confuse a Blaine's Arcanine, they are in major trouble. If you confuse a feraligatr, the trouble gets worse. Because of the lack of miracle berries played in modified, this card is BROKEN.
Tag team this guy with babies! It's totally broken! Even dash in a murkrow or two, and you have one of the strongest decks in modified.
I used this brute to win a qualifier in Indianapolis, which one me a trip to the STS. I went 8-1, only losing to a cheater. But think about this, I forgot about the confusion part! I know this sounds silly, but I didn't know about that! I never read my trans! Now isn't that hilarious? That should tell you how broken it is.
Here's a sample of a broken Crobat deck.

Pokemon x20
4 Zubat
4 Golbat
3 Crobat
4 Cleffa
3 Pichu
2 Tyrogue

Energy x17
17 Grass

Trainers x23
4 Professor Elm
4 Misty's Wrath
4 Focus Band
4 Double Gust
2 Gold Berry
2 Nightly Garbage Run
2 Master Ball
1 Rocket's Sneak Attack

Now normally I don't claim to have broken decks, but this honestly is. You guys have to TRY it to believe it. This deck is 20-2 in modified online! The only two losses were pretty much to lousy luck. (Try averaging ¼ heads on cross attack!)
Good luck with this deck, it is broken. You'll enjoy it. Don't worry about Slowking/Espeon, those decks are overrated and aren't played.
