Benny is a Pokemon trainer who lives in Palmpona. He had a Wobbuffet, which he wanted to trade desperately. He tried trading with various people, one who had a Sentret, and one who had a Stantler. Jessie from Team Rocket accidentally dropped her PokeBall in the trading machine, and she traded her Lickitung for Benny's Wobbuffet. Now Benny has a Lickitung and Jessie has a Wobbuffet.

Benny. he is a trainer trying to find someone to trade his wobbuffet with. He almost does with a Stantler trainer, but he sees a hoot hoot and runs away. Then Jessie accidentally drops her Lickitung pokeball in the transmitter and he gets a lickitung and Jessie is stuck with a wobbuffet.
