Pokémon
Alright, I don't think this deck is near useable, but I'll try to fix it anyway.  First of all, nice selection on the Pokémon lines, for the Chompasaur (Croconaw) and Wartortle.. you could use 2, but with all this drawing, 1 could work... if we play the Erikas, we'll need 2 of each Stage 1, however. I'll explain below..  Wartortle we could actually use only 1 of, because Feraligatr is the main thing, Blastoise helps.

Go with the 50 HP Squirtle for all 4.. but drop 1.

Definitely add the 4th Cleffa, and 2 Igglybuff.. you don't really want to open with Totodile or Squirtle.

Energy
Drop 6 water, add 1 metal energy.. it can come in handy.

Trainers
Gatr can work with a lot of water in the discard, so we can drop a Nightly.  Although I like idea of giving you and your opponent large hands, that just makes it extremely likely that they will Lass you next turn, making all the Wrathing etc, a waste...  so we play Erikas with double stage 1's so you can still evolve if they Lass, or we don't play Erika.  I guess we can keep the Erikas and make sure you play 2 Wartortle and 2 Chompasaur.

Make it 4 Wrath! You can't deck yourself once you get the Feraligatr going.  Add a 4th Erika.   2 Computer Error wouldn't be bad for an opener either..  it allows you and your opponent to have a lot of options, but you're the one that will get out two Stage 2's on the next turn, making it unstoppable regardless of their huge hand.

You need Trash Exchange.. that's the combo that allows Gatr to keep attacking. Add 3.

We have to take out some stuff, so you may as well take out the Lass.  Lass/Eeeeeeek won't be an opening for this deck.  You can't Lass to solidify an advantage when you get Gatr out because you need your Trash Exchanges, plus it adds cards to your deck.

You can afford to drop 1 Oak, 1 Elm, and even a Gust.  It's a weird deck, but it actually could work..  it needs a default gym, though.. No Removal Gym won't help with their big hands.. and with Erika it's almost pointless trying to stop their ER.. so the only fighter could just be Blastoise with Rain Dance.

I guess the default will just be 1 Eco, drop an Elm.

Then, of course, the 4 Breeders.
