Sei Kou Ki

User: Sensui Shinobu
Japanese Name: N/A
Description: A technique that only 1 in a 1000 can perform, the Sei Kou Ki is the most powerful form of energy a human or demon can acquire. Long ago, humans who saw demons perform this technique believed them to be angels, which (in YYH) is where the legend of angels originated. By performing the sei kou ki, Sensui is able to push the level of his reiki into the S class.
 

Sentonosho

Japanese Name: N/A
Description: By applying his makeup to his body, Gama has the ability to raise the level of his youki. This is what Gama refers to as the true ability of makeup that has been forgotten by humans and most demons.
 

Shards of Winter

User: Touya
Japanese Name: Ma Teki Sandansha
Description: Touya can create tiny pieces of ice that he blows at his opponent. After leaving his hand, they reach incredible speeds, cutting anything they touch. Also, since there are so many of them, the opponent has a harder time dodging or defending against the attack.
 

Shinbattou Shining Sword

User: Musashi
Japanese Name: Shinbatto-ryu Koshiken
Description: By focusing his reiki into his bokken, Musashi amplifies the attack power of the bokken several times over.
 

Spectral Flames

User: Zeru
Japanese Name: N/A
Description: Zeru's youki is powered by flames. Therefore, all of his attacks revolve around the use of his spectral flames, and so can be listed in this one description. The flames can be shot as simple balls, or engulfed into the body, giving the user an increased youki.
 

Spirit Gun

User: Yusuke Urameshi, Genkai, Rando
Japanese Name: Rei Gan
Description: Given to Yusuke by Koenma when beginning his job as Spirit Detective, the Spirit Gun focuses the body's spirit energy into the right index finger of the user and fires a blast of blue energy. When first receiving this ability, Yusuke was only able to use it once a day, as it drained his weak spirit energy. Once Yusuke got stronger and received the training of Genkai, his attack grew much more powerful.
 

Spirit Gun Double

User: Yusuke Urameshi
Japanese Name: ?
Description: During his fight with Chuu, Yusuke fired two consecutive blasts of his spirit gun at Chuu's youki ball. As such, the spirit gun double is simply two spirit guns fired at the same time.
 

Spirit Reflection Blast

User: Genkai
Japanese Name: Rei Kou Kyou Han Shyo
Description: A form of leaching attack, the Spirit Reflection Blast sucks energy out of the opponent and fires it back at them. In her battle against Shishiwakumaru, Genkai applies this technique due to her weakened spiritual energy caused by giving Yusuke the Spirit Wave Orb.
 

Spirit Shotgun

User: Yusuke Urameshi, Genkai
Japanese Name: Shotto Gan
Description: Similar to a Spirit Gun, the Shotgun focuses the spirit energy into the entire fist, then releases the energy in many small bursts. The attack is good for multiple opponents or to give the opponent no way to escape.
 

Spirit Sword

User: Kazuma Kuwabara, Majari
Japanese Name: Rei Ken
Description: Due to his heightened spiritual awareness, Kuwabara can create a sword out of his spirit energy. The first of his spirit abilities, the spirit sword is quite powerful in that Kuwabara can manipulate it to become longer to be used as a long sword or a javelin.
 

Spirit Sword Javelin

User: Kuwabara
Japanese Name: Rei Ken Nyorubi
Description: By focusing his spirit sword to grow longer, Kuwabara is able to use the sword like a javelin, propelling himself to heights he couldn't normally reach.
 

Spirit Sword Shards

User: Kazuma Kuwabara
Japanese Name: Rei Shuriken
Description: By focusing his reiki into many small attacks, Kuwabara is able to create multiple rei ken. Since the attack is fired in such volume, the opponent has a difficult time avoiding the blasts and is cut much like the Rei Ken would cut them. Kuwabara uses this attack when fighting against Elder Toguro in the Dark Tournament finals. Though the attack cut Toguro into pieces, it wasn't very useful in helping him win.
 

Spirit Wave

User: Yusuke Urameshi, Genkai
Japanese Name: Rei Ko Dan
Description: Unlike the Spirit Gun or Shotgun, the Spirit Wave channels energy throughout the entire body, increasing its power dramatically. However, much of the power is lost if the attack is not used as close range. This one attack was the most difficult for Yusuke to master under his training with Genkai, and when he did attempt it during his battle with Jin, Yusuke was unsure whether or not it would work.
 

Spirit Wave

User: Masked Fighter Genkai
Japanese Name: Shunoken Strike of Discipline
Description: By chanting "Meiin mestuju ressai kohaku/Kyo chojin komei eikyaku/Ko/Jo/Sai" Genkai can create a huge wave of reiki, that produce a barrier to immobilize her opponents. Once done, she implants her fingers into their heart. This attack expels all the evil within someone. Genkai had not used the attack for 20 years before using it on the Ms.
 

Storm of Torment

User: Suzaku
Japanese Name: Ankoku Raijin-ken
Description: Suzaku combines the power of lightning with his Yoki to create a nearly impossible to dodge attack called the Storm of Torment. The attack torments the opponent, entering their whole body and electrocuting them from within.
 

Sui Ken

User: Chuu
Japanese Name: N/A
Description: By drinking large quantities of saki, Chuu is able to mix his youki with the alcohol, creating his sui ken technique, or drunken technique (though I'm not sure if that is a direct translation). In his inebriated state, Chuu's movements are incredibly smooth and fast, and he has the ability to mix his youki with the alcohol in the form of energy ball attacks, which are as powerful as Yusuke's spirit gun at the time of their fight.
 

Sword of Ice

User: Touya
Japanese Name: Sei no ken
Description: By focusing his ice laden youki into his arm, Touya can create a sword made of ice. There isn't much else to say about this attack -_-
 

Sword of the Darkness Flame

User: Hiei
Japanese Name: Jaou Ensatsu Ken
Description: By focusing the power of the Dragon of the Darkness Flame into his sword, Hiei is able to control the technique much better, but at the cost of losing much of its power. Further, the attack is something Hiei would rather not perform as he sees it as a last resort and cowardly to use. However, when fighting against Momotaro, Hiei has no choice but to use the Sword as all his other techniques were useless against his opponent.
