Subject: Dragons Fury Tournament Report_ Robby_ Comic Assylum

Hello Pojo readers! my names Robby and this is my first duel master report and duel master tournament. I used to play yugioh and have written a couple reports. But this tourney was my first Duel Master one.

Date: 8-6-05
Location: COmic Assylum
Deck: well here it is
Dragons Fury (Mono Red Dragon)

Bolmeteus Steel Dragon x2 ( i need to max out on these but they are hard to find and expensive ) Bolzard Dragon x3 Garkago Dragon x1 ( need 2 more there so friggin hard to find ) Bazagazeal Dragon x4 ( my mvp of the day ) Billion Degree Dragon x1 CoCo Lupia x4 Uber Dragon Jabaha x1 PyroFighter Magnus x2

now this deck obviously is supposed to gainthe mana fast and bring out coco lupia and then bring out all those dragons. now earlier in the day i had about o 7 proxies 2 bolmeteus' 3 garkagos 2 charmilias'. so i had to find replacements luckily i got 1 garkago another bometeus and i put in some replacements like uberdragon and billion degree for the stuff i had proxies for. so let the duels begin my friend andre was here to and he's too lazy to

write reports so i'll write it for him.

the tournament was kinda small 12 people. we took top 4 but din have time to

play finals.

Round 1 - Dragons Fury VS Survivors

Well since i had only really read reports and only played my friend andre i dinreally any experience with survivors so here it goes.........

Duel 1-
I get a pretty good mana building gettin 5 mana by turn 3 and then turn 4 i

brought out two coco lupias so i was quit pleased. and for the longest time hedin do anything. so i brought out garkago dragon. and he wasn't really too

fond of his ability to attack untapped creatures. But he brought out factory

shell q. got a second to his hand. Well i draw into a bazagazeal Dragon and summon it and attack with it. I get him down to his last factory shell q in his hand and this is where i screw up. I got a little hasty and i attacked his third factory shell q with bazagazeal and then attack for two shileds and he busts out two shield triggers, natural snare and Mana nexus. well he puts asecond mana nexus down then sends my garkago back to my mana. well this is where thigns get bad. i screw up again, cuz on his turn his brings out 2 of some survivor that pumps other survivors + 1000 so his survivors were at 400 a piece, well on my turni play searing wave thinking yea i cleared his field. and he goes are u sure u wanna do that? and im like yea?
and he doesn't remove anything. I was like damn....................well i lose, he gets out that guy that gets one xtra sheild broken for each survivor so he broke 5 shields with one guy then killed me.

Dule 2-
He finish's me off the same but this time i coudnl't control his stupid factory shell q's.

well that sucks

Andre 0-2 games, 0-1 matches ( he lost to a control that i face in round 3 ) well daym we arn't starting off too well....

Round 2
Dragons Fury vs Blockers/Green

Game 1-
well game is pretty tight he brings out a good supply of blockers but a well

timed searing wave takes care of his weenie ones. I deal with the bigger ones thanks to garkago. well by the time the end of the game comes around i have both bolmeteus on the field. and we all know that means. 5 shields vs two bolmeteus = owned.

Game 2-
well this one goes a little better for me, he can;t get any blockers out.
and i take of his green pretty easily. Bazagazeal does his dirty work and thrashes everything and there mom. nice victory for me.

Record-
Me 2-2 games, 1-1 matches
Andre 2-3 games, 1-1 matches ( faced a green light deck )

Round 3-

Dragons Fury Vs Control blegh!

Round 1-
well i know control is infamous for its nice hand control so i dumped my hand out and let my charmilia bring things to my hand when i needed it. I basically tried rushing him which actually worked. but he got me down to no sheilds and i almost lost. till i used charmilia to set me for the win . i had a bolmeteus on field and thanks to charmilia which he killed on his turnthanks to searing wave to get rid of cocos and things like that i had bazagazeal. I won.

Round 2-
it's a really tight game. his hand control hurts me a little by hitting a bolmeteus out of my hand. he got out coc polloon and aqua hulcus, and he was

hitting my shields nice. but i hel,d on to my searing wave just for that reason, and then i let it loose. well i had no shields left, and if he couldn't kill me on the next turn it was over, he top decked pyrofighter magnus for the win ahhhh!

Round 3-
This game was fun, because i got use a card that isn't normally used because

of its high mana cost. Good ol billion degree. the only time i got to use him today because he was the last monster in my hand so i brought him out for FOUR MANA BABY HAHAHAHAHHA! good ol coco's. well he searing waves taking

out everything xcept billion degree but now he has no hand and 4 shields.
well i top deck dimension gate. and bring bazagazeal to my hand. well i TRIPLE BREAK HAHAHAHAHA EVIL! leaving him with 1 shield. he din get a single

trigger. well i dono what he got but he brought out two aqua hulcus' and couldn't kill billion degree. so i tell him if that isn't a terror pit he loses, and it wasn't it was a loco motiver so i won. GO BILLION DEGREE!

Andre 4-4 games , 2-1 matches

welll here were the finalists

i beat out a regular guy that made 5th place but his record for games was better than mine, i dono how i beat him out but w/e. his record was 4-2 games, and 2-1 matches. well we din have time to play finals so the top 4 got an extra promo card and a booster pack so it was nice. Andre finished 7th with his mono water deck. but overall the tourney was good i replaced alot of my proxies.
