First, off: That's some goofy name this guy's got.
Anywho...
This guy's good in a sideboard. When you know that
you're gonna face someone who relies on Permanent
Mission Cards, this is your guy. Removing 1 Coin
from every one of your Opponent's Mission Cards
always helps. And, on top of that, making your
Opponent's Missions, all of them, get +1 Entrance
Cost is pretty helpful as well. His stats are good
for a T0, particularly when Drafting. Problem is
that he's only good as Sideboard Material, though he
may also be a good filler for a Weapon Deck.

He is a missions bane. when he comes into pplay you
remove 1 coin from each permanent mission your
opponent controls then his VALID: all your opponents
mission cards get +1 entrance cost so itll cost them
1 more card to play
