Path of the Avenger

Today we take a look at a new Counter Mission from Set 27. Path of the Avenger lets you pick one of your Opponent's Ninjas. When you do so, you remove X ammount of Ninjas from your Discard Pile. In this case, X=Target's Entrance Cost. When you do that, the Target is Discarded. This comes pretty handy when dealing with cards such as yesterday's, or when facing other high-turn threats. Since the removal material comes from your Discard Pile it doesn't really hurt you that much. Most of the time, what you have in your Discard Pile stays there. It makes for pretty good Sideboard material, and maindecking it wouldn't be such a bad idea either. Try it and see!

Finally its friday!

our last card for the week is path of the avenger. its a turn 4 with a hand cost of 1 it targets 1 ninja your opponent controls
and you remove x ninja cards in your discard pile from the game where x= targets entrance cost then you discard the target ninja.

so a sacrifice and kill mission card its bland and seems like a waste to me but still could find a home somewhere
