based on a 1 to 5 scale.
1 being the worst.
3 = average.
5 is the highest rating.
This Hiruko, even though he's a Puppet (and not
technically a "he") has a few good things. He
doesn't need a Manipulation Ninja to go out to
Battle, and has 5/3-1/2. Hiruko has Revitalize, even
though he's a Wind Ninja. His Effect activates when
he leaves play, meaning that the fact that it's not
a Valid Effect doesn't matter. When that happens,
you take two Puppet Ninjas from your Discard Pile
that are T2 or less. "Leaving play" means Discarded,
bounced back to your Hand, sent back to your Deck,
sent to your Chakra Area, or removed from play.
Being able to replace one Ninja with two is good,
and he does make a good addition to the Puppet Deck.
Try it and see!
Yey! finally a card i like: hiruko. i myself am
really huge on puppet decks and this guy is a turn 4
weapon with the wind attribute at 5/3-1/2 with
revitalize and at valid: when he leaves play you can
put into play up to 2 puppet ninjas from your
discard pile with an entrance cost of 2 or less
which is great fro crow or black ant i love him <3
