Have you ever seen a card with an effect that just
makes you say "You just lost the game"?
Here we have an example of that.
This 9/9-9/9 Reinforcement Ninja requires you
Discard a Six-Tail Naruto during your Mission Phase.
After you put his beast in play you win the game.
You might think this is just beautiful for a Ninja
with no Hand Cost, but the part where the Turn Cost
is 9 hurts it a bit. Unless you somehow manage to
either stall or move your Turn Counter up faster
this is just something that looks pretty in your
Lighting Reinforcement Deck. It's a good Ace in the
Hole when you think about it, but not something that
you'd base your entire deck around. Call him your
"Surprise Table-Turner".
