Beastly Mage

The Stone Council

Today we take a look at a Triple-Symbol Mission Card. The Stone Council is a T3 regular Mission with 1 Hand Cost, being an Earth/Fire/Wind Mission. As well as having three Symbols it also has three Effects. You can either move an Opponent's Battle Reward to your hand, pick one of your Ninjas and make it so it can only be blocked by Ninjas that share a Symbol with it, or shuffle your hand into your deck so you can draw that same amount of cards plus 1. The three effects help a lot in many situations. The first one will remove an advantage and help you recover a card. The second one can help in a pinch when you're facing a Mono-Symbol deck (or at least one that doesn't have that many Ninjas with the Symbols on yours). The third effect is reminiscent of Just Like Drifting Clouds, which was a staple in Fire. This sort of Mission is one that fits into many decks, since having three Symbols can help (particularly in Limited).
