discuss upcoming and past tourneys, converse on
the anime &

Ratings are
based on a 1 to 5 scale.
1 being the worst.
3 = average.
5 is the highest rating.

Reaper Death Seal
Here's a classic revisited. The new Reaper Death
Seal requires two Fire and one Lightning, and can
only be used by either the Fourth or Third Hokage.
You get to remove any number of Ninjas opposing the
User. That can be great when you need to clear the
way. But, there's a catch. For each of those Ninjas
you just removed your Opponent gets a Battle Reward.
Then, the User gets removed. At most, you'll
probably give your Opponent three BR's. Unless your
Opponent's really close to winning this won't really
matter. Clearning the way for that shot would be
worth it. Though giving up a Hokage may hurt a bit,
and it all really depends on your strategy.

Limited: 1/5 (Super Rare, relies on specific Ninjas)
Unlimited: 2/5
Block: 2.5/5

Reaper death seal is fire and lightning! sounds good
i love fire jutsus this one costs 2 fire 1 lightning
and requires the 3rd or 4th hokage. The card is
extremely situational in my opinion. You can remove
any number of enemy ninjas opposing the user from
the game which is great it is a board wipe but your
opponent gets 1 battle reward for each card removed.
then you lose the user its up to you at how you use
it
