The Mediator
Today we have a Permanent Mission with a two turn
limit. When you put this Mission in play, you look
for a Ninja Card with "Samurai" in its
Characteristics. You reveal that card and then move
it to your hand. After that, you shuffle your Deck.
While this Mission is in play all Jutsu Cards (both
yours and your Opponent's) cost one more Colorless
to play. It provites Tutoring plus a little bit of
control, both of which can be good.
