Kisame Hoshigaki
This Kisame can sure kill your Opponent's strategy.
When you Deploy him your Opponent must take their
Chakra Area and shuffle it into the Deck. Then, your
Opponent's got to move the same amount of cards from
the top of the Deck to the Chakra Area, minus two.
So, if your Opponent only had two cards, then you
just cleared the Chakra Area, even though you put
two cards into your Opponent's deck. Still, clearing
out the Chakra can do a lot of damage. His stats are
good too, though having Ambush kinda hurts (though
this could be a good idea in case you're facing
someone with the same Kisame). His stats come in
handy as well, though some Shark Skin-related Jutsus
could do good as well. He's good in a Water deck,
especially when you need some Chakra control.
