Chakra Liquid

Today's card is Jako's signature technique. Chakra Liquid targets two Ninjas in the same team. You take the Combat of one and change it to 0, and the same happens to the Support of the other Ninja. Note that this is a change and not a decrease. The trick is simple: change the Head Ninja's Combat and the Back Ninja's Support. This only works during the turn this card was played in, and it works great with Jako's Sticky Coin effect. The only requirement is that the user have the Ninjutsu Combat Attribute, which makes it pretty general (also, Pain comes to mind). I'd say this is one nice surprise card.

J-880 Chakra Liquid

Today's card is an interesting card for water that unfortunately isn't exactly the easiest jutsu to play. I really like how it will cause pretty much an automatic Outstanding Victory, but the Ninjutsu requirement restricts the amount of users this card has, especially in Water which doesn't have many highly played Ninjutsu ninjas besides Hotaru. If the card's cost was two colorless chakras, I would love to throw it in my void deck, but unfortunately it isn't. It's still a playable card, but Water has many better jutsus to play than this jutsu. I personally prefer TP1/TP2 Water Prison over this; it has the same cost (as well as an alternative one), but it is reusable and has no requirements. THe downside is that it only hits one back ninja, but its benefits still make it better than Chakra Liquid.
