Beastly Mage

Clash

Today's card is the one Mission that is never the same. As most of you may know, Clash's effect changes with every set. In this variant, this Mission is a normal Permanent with one Hand Cost (either Fire or Lightning) that comes in at T3. When you put it in play, you move two cards from your Discard Pile to your Chakra Area. Then, if you have another Clash out, you can move the one you just put in play to your Chakra Area and draw one card. This effect is great for Lightning when it comes to building up your Chakra. It's also good for Fire, particularly when you need Ambush Ninjas (such as ANBU-Rank Ninjas, Akatsuki Ninjas such as Itachi, etc.) or just something for your Jutsu costs. Now, the other effect is situational, but it costs nothing. During your EoJ, if you have 2 cards or less in your Chakra Area you can move one card from  your Discard Pile to your Chakra Area. It can be a way to counter Chakra Control, or just something that can help at the moment or later on. Better enjoy this effect for now. You never know what the future brings.
