5/18/11 N-113 Itachi Uchiha [Ultimate Shield]
==================================

Today's card is one of the best new cards in set 21, in my opinion. Currently, this Itachi is the only way to get out your Susano'o out on the field. To play Susano'o, you'll need to give your opponent 3 battle rewards, but that means basically nothing When Susano'o prevents you from losing due to Battle Rewards. The only risk is if your opponent stops and removes Itachi from play or the team. Additionally, as long as Susano'o is out, Itachi can't be damaged or injured due to effects. Itachi also has Mental Power:3 and Ambush which are nice perks as well.

If you're going to run Susano'o, this is an obvious card to put in your deck.

Limited: 3/5 Susano'o is too good in this format, if you can pull it and Itachi.
Constructed: 3.5/5
Block: 3.75/5

Trump cards are cool.....Final trump cards? well, that is what we are typing about today. today we have itachi uchiha the ultimate shield from set 21.

Itachi has the solid 6/3 1/3 t5 itachi stats. he has ambush, genjutsu, sharingan eye, and....
wait for it......Mental power: 3! Itachi's effect is a good one, during eoj, you can give your opponent 3 battle rewards to summon the sasano (who makes winning by battle rewards impossible) and while sasano is in play, itachi can not be damaged or injured.

Fire: Itachi/sasano seems to be put in the wrong color, but fire wont mind yet another little combo to incorperate. giving up goal wont be a joy, but not having to worry about a battle reward loss might be worth the change. In the current format he wont be an all-star in fire but post-rotation he might be of real value.

Itachi is a card that has potential immediately and will be relevent post-rotation. He may not be better than the other itachi variants....but its hard to say he's all that worse

limited: 2/5
Block:
Fire: 3/5
Art: 3/5
