Today's card is an option for No-Effect Ninja decks. It costs 5 Colorless, but its effect goes down by one for each of your Ninjas that has no Effect Text. In the right situation, this card can be used for free. This Jutsu injures an opposing Ninja (it's not damage), and then (it happens after the Status Change) if that Ninja either has no Effect Text or has its Effect Text negated it becomes a Stand-By Ninja. So, this card is good for No-Effect Decks, and can also be used against those decks too. Thing is that there's better Jutsus that cause Status Changes, and even more than rather give damage. It's a cool choice, but it all depends on your deck as well (Colorless cost can be good at times).

J-803 Earth Style: Earth Dragon Bomb
=============================

Today's card is a jutsu made for those new-fangled "no-effect" ninja decks. Well, you could technically play it in any deck, but it would suck. For five colorless chakra, you injure a ninja. Obviously, five chakra is not worth doing such a simple thing, but the cost is reduced by one for each of your no-hand ninjas. So at best, this card is a free injury, and a possible standy-by if the target has no/negated effect text. This can be accomplished with cards like "Senju vs. Uchiha" or "Ninja Art: Tile Shuriken" which are both good cards for no-effect decks.

While this card isn't terribly game-winning, it is quite good late game if you played Senju vs. Uchiha since it will be free if you deployed a ninja every turn (and they didn't die up until now. By turn 4, you'll have five or more ninjas out on the field, which will reduce Earth Dragon's cost to 0 since all of your ninjas have no effect text.) and the secondary effect goes off. Try it in a no-hand deck if you have one.

Earth Style: Earth Dragon Bomb J-803

Today we have a jutsu made specifically for the new non-effect ninja from set 21. With a cost of any 5 chakra at first it seems steep but the cost gets reduced by 1 for every non effect ninja you control which should be a majority of your ninja so the minimum it should cost should be 4 but as the game flows, this jutsu will cost you next to nothing to play. Now its first effect to injure a ninja battling against it, is a decent effect but this effect won't be winning you any Battle Rewards. The power of this card is shown in the bonus effect which is if the target is a non effect ninja/ or negated effect text ninja, it becomes a stand-by ninja. Now unless you are playing a mirror match I'm sure not a lot of people will be using non effect ninja especially on turn 3 and higher. So how you do get this bonus effect? Play Senju vs. Uchiha which will negate all ninja effects, allowing you to play this card like a mini Fear by Genjutsu and allow you to win those battles very quickly.
