Today's Jutsu is a Sasuke exclusive Jutsu. Kirin can only be used by a Sasuke that's Turn 4 or more, and you can only activate it when you have Zero Chakra (note that it's a zero cost Jutsu). The first part of the effect gives two damage to one Ninja on the Battlefield. It can be an opposing Ninja, or a Ninja who's opposing one of your other teams (if needed). Now, the second part of the effect helps a lot too. When this card is in the chain no cards can be played by any player. So, it kills the chain. It's a good card, but having your Chakra Area empty can be risky at times. Sure, there's the Sasuke that empties your Chakra Area (and gets rid of the same number of cards in your opponent's Chakra Area), but you have to know when to use this card.

Today's card is the first version of Sasuke's ultimate jutsu, Kirin. Kirin's effect pretty much kills a ninja on the battlefield, and cannot be easily countered since Jutsus cannot interrupt it; however, cards like Minato Namikaze and Itachi [Goal] can stop it with their effects (Kirin only prevents cards from being added to the chain. It does not stop ninja effects). The obvious setback to this card is that you need to have no chakra for it to trigger. Jere some ways to do that.

-Get rid of chakra is by chaining Kirin during a chain where you've played enough Jutsus to
get rid of all of your chakra. Be sure to play Kirin before it resolves and the other Jutsus go
to the chakra area.

-Play cards like Sasuke Uchiha [Overwhelming Vengeance] and Seimei [Master of Weapons]. Sasuke's effect is rather obvious; nuke all of your chakra to nuke your opponent's. Seimei is a Wind/Water 6 drop that can be used as a tech card too help kick off Kirin. His effect  trigger is worded so that you can discard any or all of your chakras to activate one of his effects

-World of Water's second effect to wipe out both players' chakra

-If you're running Fire, you probably don't have any chakra, so you're fine /sarcasm

In short, Kirin is a decent card that can kill off a ninja for free and gives your opponent almost no chance of stopping it, but it requires some set-up. If you're running Water, throw one or two in if you have the room.
