Today's card is a version of Karin that gives Water
Decks some draw power. By discarding a Water card
(from your hand) you get to pick a player. That
player draws a card. This can help you get some
draws, but it also lets you (if the situation is
right) to mill your opponent. If your opponent is
one card away from decking out, she can help by
making your opponent draw that last card. This would
be a situational thing, but the draw power helps.
Thing is that Water decks right now rely more on
playing empty-handed (with most cards in the Chakra
Area). She's good, but it depends on the situation.
I see her more in the sideboard than maindecked...
for the moment.
