This card is one great Counter Mission. Let's say
your opponent puts in play a real killer. With the
Ninjas you have in play it may seem you won't be
able to resist... until you play this mission during
your opponent's turn! You get to actually deploy a
Ninja during your opponent's turn. But, that
wouldn't be so useful if you only deployed a Ninja.
That's when the second effect makes this card shine.
Right after that deployment, you get to organize
your teams. That effect is optional, but still good.
Though, you must remember that even though you get
to deploy that Ninja, it's still your opponent's
turn. Any "during your Mission Phase" effects won't
go into play at that moment.
